Many people are looking for good health now a days with guidance. VcToria [formerly Viki] has been teaching Raw Food Classes for seven years now.

 

She comes from  a British back ground where roast beef, yorkshire pudding, bacon, eggs, bacon fat sandwiches are staples of the Brits way of eating. Learning early in life that food makes your body what it is today, she quickly transitioned to vegetarian. From there, noting the great health changes, she went to vegan. From vegan to raw she has not looked back. VcToria  is 100% raw and it has changed her skin, energy, hair colour, memory and best of all her intuition with Mother nature is unbelievable.

Learn to cook with temperatures under 110F to ensure all enzymes are in your food. Learn to eat properly. Learn how to make cereal, soups, salads, sushi, banana crepes, creams, breads, quiche, key lime pie, and so much more REAL food. All made with no dairy, no meat, or any living creature.

 

These classes rejuvenate your entire health with weight loss, skin clearing, age spots disappearing, energy renewal, and so many more positive aspects. 

 

Reservations are required. Please look in the menu bar on the right, for the curriculum for the three classes. See Class One, Two and Three. Classes are scheduled 4 weeks apart for learning purposes. All classes take place on one Sunday per month. September 18th, October 23rd and November 27th 2011. There is a mandatory three class sign up, as they follow in sequence.

There are three classes. The cost includes all your manuals, certification, web support, plus your food and lunch. You are required to take all 3 classes as they follow in sequence.
